Your continued use of the Travel Site signifies your acceptance of any updated terms.

System Issues and Errors

In the event of a system error affecting pricing or availability of flights, hotels, car rentals, or other services, CheersFlights reserves the right not to honor bookings made at an incorrect price. Should an error occur, we will notify you of the correct rate and provide you the option to proceed or cancel your booking. We are not obligated to fulfill any booking based on erroneous pricing information.

You may use our Travel Site solely to make legitimate bookings or purchases. Any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations are strictly prohibited. You must not use automated tools such as robots, spiders, or data-mining programs to access, monitor, or copy our website content. Users must comply with all applicable laws and export regulations when using the Travel Site. Access from countries restricted by U.S. sanctions or export control laws is strictly prohibited. Any violation of these terms will result in immediate revocation of authorization to use our site and may subject the violator to legal action.

Terms of Purchase

All travel reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Service Provider (airline, hotel, car rental company, etc.). You agree to comply with these policies, including payment terms and cancellation rules. Any violation of a Service Provider’s terms may result in forfeiture of payments, cancellation of bookings, or denial of service. CheersFlights reserves the right to charge your account for any costs incurred as a result of such violations.

Online Booking Fees

Our service fees cover access to global customer support including 24/7 phone assistance, booking updates, and email support. These service fees are non-refundable and charged at the time of booking. Funds must be available on your payment card at the time of purchase to complete ticketing successfully.

Changing flights via phone will incur an additional servicing fee of $25 per person. Assistance with airline schedule changes or unconfirmed bookings is also included under our global customer service coverage.

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. If booking on behalf of others, you are responsible for informing them of these Terms and ensuring compliance. You agree to be financially responsible for all transactions made using your account or under your direction.

You warrant that all information provided is true, current, and complete, and that no traveler listed is an unaccompanied minor. Speculative or fraudulent bookings are prohibited. CheersFlights reserves the right to deny or terminate access to anyone who violates these Terms of Use.

Privacy

The U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA), under the Department of Homeland Security, requires us to collect certain passenger details for watch list screening, as authorized by 49 U.S.C. §114 and the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004. Providing this information is voluntary; however, failure to do so may result in additional screening or denial of transport or access to secure areas. TSA may share the information you provide with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, or other authorized entities under its published system of records notice. For more information about TSA privacy practices, please visit www.tsa.gov.

Please also review our Privacy Policy, which governs your visit to this site and explains how CheersFlights collects, protects, and uses your personal information. If you do not consent to your information being used or transferred in this manner, please refrain from using our services.

Protecting Your Security

If a travel service provider is unable to deliver the services you purchased, your remedy lies directly against that provider and not CheersFlights If payment has been made through CheersFlights by credit card, you agree not to initiate a chargeback against CheersFlights In cases where the credit card payment is passed to the travel provider and you dispute the charge with them, you agree to indemnify CheersFlights against any resulting chargebacks, including airline debit memos. Should CheersFlights incur costs (including legal fees) to recover any chargeback amounts, you agree to be liable for these costs. If your credit card payment is declined, you agree to settle any outstanding balance immediately via money order or cash.

Disputes and Resolution

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If a dispute arises, we aim to resolve it quickly and fairly. We encourage you to first contact our customer service team at 1-855-430-7121 before taking any further action.

Should a resolution not be reached, you and CheersFlights agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy (“Claim”) arising from your use of the Site, these Terms & Conditions, or related matters shall be resolved in accordance with the provisions of this Disputes and Resolution section or as otherwise mutually agreed in writing.

Advice to International Travellers

Passengers traveling to or from countries other than their departure country are advised that international treaties, such as the Montreal and Warsaw Conventions, may apply to their journey. These conventions govern and, in most cases, limit the liability of airlines for passenger injury or death. Additional protection can be obtained through private travel insurance, which is unaffected by the conventions’ liability limits. For details, consult your airline or insurance provider.

Changes to an Existing Reservation

All changes to itineraries are subject to airline fare rules, which are typically restrictive. Most tickets do not allow name or date changes after booking. CheersFlights is not responsible for changes or cancellations initiated by the airline or service provider. If your booking is modified due to a supplier’s schedule change or customer request, we cannot guarantee the new reservation until confirmed by the supplier.

Cancellations and Exchanges

Most airline tickets are non-refundable. In limited cases, airlines may offer credits for future travel with specific restrictions and expiration dates. Any cancellations must be made before the first flight’s departure by contacting our customer service center. We do not guarantee cancellation eligibility. When rebooking, you may need to pay fare differences, airline penalties, and applicable CheersFlights post-ticketing fees. All changes are subject to each airline’s fare rules and policies, which are beyond our control.

Multiple Itineraries

If your itinerary includes flights operated by more than one airline, please read carefully each such airline's terms and conditions, which can be found on each such airline's website. Each such airline will have its own restrictions, rules and fees. If one of these flights is affected by an airline change (e.g. cancellation or rescheduling) that causes a Customer to make changes to the other flight, the Customer may be responsible for any fees or ticket cost incurred for making changes to the unaffected flight. Such airlines may charge their own fees for changes, refunds, or if exchanges are requested. You are responsible for complying with each airline's terms and conditions, which may differ (for example, check-in times and limits on baggage size/weight). It is advisable you print your outbound and return portions of your e-ticket confirmation for all flights prior to travelling. You may be asked for proof of your return ticket at check-in.

Cancellation and Refund

Most of our airline ticket service fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. All cancellations must be made by phone only. Refund requests can only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

• You have requested a cancellation and refund with us, and the fare rules permit such action.
• You are not a “no show” (most “no show” bookings are ineligible for any supplier waiver for refunds).
• We have successfully obtained waivers from suppliers to process your cancellation and refund.

We cannot guarantee a specific timeline for refund processing. Requests are handled sequentially. Once your cancellation request is submitted, we will send an acknowledgment email containing a tracking number. This confirmation does not mean the refund is approved—it only acknowledges receipt. We will then liaise with airlines or suppliers to request applicable waivers and notify you of their decision.

Service fees associated with your original booking are non-refundable. Refunds are dependent on suppliers, and once approved, may take additional time to appear on your credit card statement. Typically, this process can take 45–90 days from the date your request is received. Airlines and suppliers may impose penalties, and CheersFlights will charge a post-ticketing service fee per passenger, per ticket, if the refund is authorized. If the supplier denies the refund, we will return only our post-ticketing service fee (if charged), but not our original booking fees.

Fare Change

Before your payment is processed and accepted, if there is a fare change or any other modification, you will be notified. You may then choose to accept or decline the transaction. If you decline, you will not be charged.

Payment Acceptance Policy:
We accept credit and debit cards issued in the U.S. Please note your card may be billed in multiple charges totaling the final price. If your payment method is not accepted, we will notify you within 24 hours (longer for non-card payments). Should any fare or condition change prior to successful payment, you will again be notified and may decline without penalty.

For additional security, certain transactions identified as high-risk will be verified by our credit card team before processing. To confirm validity, we may contact you or your bank.

Ticket Issuance and Delivery:
Most tickets are issued electronically (e-Tickets). If an e-Ticket is not available, a paper ticket will be issued and shipped via a secure courier. Shipping fees will be charged to the cardholder as shown on the website before booking confirmation.

Card Payments:
All credit cards must have a verifiable U.S. billing address. Bookings and fares are not guaranteed until ticketed by the supplier. When you submit your payment, an authorization hold will be placed on your account. If your booking cannot be confirmed, you will not be charged and the hold will be released by your bank. If your card is declined, you will be notified within 72 hours. Submitting a card does not guarantee ticketing. CheersFlights is not responsible for declined transactions.

There are various reasons why a payment may fail—such as fare changes, insufficient funds, or supplier confirmation issues. If fares increase, you will be given options to proceed or cancel without charge. Once ticketed, bookings become non-refundable and non-cancellable.

CheersFlights employs strict fraud prevention and payment security measures. Fraudulent transactions are reported to airport security, airlines, and appropriate authorities. You agree to be responsible for all valid payments and not to dispute charges after your tickets or confirmations have been delivered. In the event of chargebacks, you agree to reimburse CheersFlights for associated losses or fees. Most phone transactions with our Customer Service are recorded and can serve as evidence in case of disputes.

Online credit card transactions are authorized when the user accepts these Terms & Conditions and completes the purchase. High-risk transactions will only be processed after validation by our verification team.

Payment Decline:
If your card is declined during processing, we will notify you within 72 hours. The transaction will not proceed, and fares or booking details will not be guaranteed. If fare changes occur, you have the right to cancel without cost. No service fees will apply in such cases.

Additional Requests – Seats, Meals, Frequent Flyer:
Requests for seats, meals, or frequent flyer credits are handled as special requests only. Any service fees charged for processing these requests are non-refundable. We do not guarantee these preferences will be honored by airlines. Please contact your airline directly to confirm these services prior to departure.

Baggage Policy:
For itineraries involving multiple airlines, you may need to reclaim and recheck baggage at connecting airports. Excess baggage fees may apply per airline. As many airlines now charge for even the first checked bag, we recommend traveling light to minimize these costs.

Schedule Changes and Flight Cancellation

Airline Policy on Schedule Changes:
All airlines operate under their own rules and policies regarding schedule changes, which are outside our control. Airlines may modify flight schedules due to operational needs or to adjust for future travel demand. Changes may include flight numbers, times, routing, travel dates, or cancellations. Cancellations may occur when airlines suspend or reduce services to certain destinations or specific days of operation.

Cancellations:

Reasons for cancellations or schedule changes may include:

  • peak or high travel seasons.
  • low travel season
  • airport terminal or gate changes.
  • fuel prices.
  • civil unrest; and
  • bankruptcy

Our Policy on Schedule Changes

We make every effort to notify customers of schedule changes. However, it is always recommended that travellers reconfirm their flights with the airline within 72 hours of departure.

Airline-Initiated Schedule Changes:
Airlines may make involuntary schedule adjustments for various reasons, including changes to flight times, layovers, flight numbers, or terminals. These are beyond our control and may occur at any time, including while you are in transit. If your airline initiates such a change, you will not be charged for any fare difference or change fee.

Low-Cost Carriers (LCCs):
For flights booked with low-cost carriers such as Frontier or Spirit, please contact the airline directly for schedule changes. Our agents cannot modify LCC bookings. If your itinerary includes multiple one-way flights and one of them is operated by an LCC that initiates a change:
1. Contact the LCC directly to make necessary changes.
2. Once confirmed, contact us if adjustments are needed for the non-LCC portion of your trip.

Full-Service Carriers:
When a schedule change occurs on a full-service airline, we coordinate with the airline to offer you the closest available flight option to your original schedule. Some changes may require no action from you, while others might require your confirmation or selection of alternate flights.

Prior to Departure:
If an airline modifies a flight within four hours of the original schedule, we will notify you via email and other provided contact details. If we cannot reach you, the email notice will serve as final notification. Tickets will remain non-refundable for such changes. Certain fare types may remain non-refundable even for schedule changes exceeding four hours. CheersFlights assumes no liability for missed or cancelled flights caused by airline schedule changes.

Date of Departure:
If a schedule change occurs on your travel day, please contact the airline desk at the airport. Weather or operational disruptions may limit available options. Always check the airline’s website and weather alerts for updates before leaving for the airport.

Customer Obligations:
Travellers must reconfirm flights with airlines 24–72 hours before departure, especially when already in transit. Regularly check your email for any flight updates and respond promptly.

Customer Notification:
Based on your travel date and when we receive airline updates, we will attempt to send up to three emails and make at least one phone call. Failure to contact CheersFlights or the airline may result in missed flights, forfeited tickets, or significant travel delays.

Services Provided:
Once contacted, CheersFlights will coordinate with the airline to find a resolution, such as alternate flights or refunds. If a customer fails to meet their obligations, they risk missing flights or losing ticket value. While we make every effort to have airlines re-protect affected customers, final decisions rest with the airline. If re-protection is not available, we will request a refund where possible.

Unaccompanied Minor:
Airlines have specific rules for minors (typically ages 16–18, varying by carrier) traveling alone. Please confirm policies directly with the airline. Some airlines do not allow minors to travel unaccompanied or restrict them to non-stop flights. Additional fees may apply and must be paid at check-in. Always verify current airline regulations before booking.

Visa and Entry Requirements:
It is the traveller’s responsibility to confirm visa and entry requirements for all destinations and transit points. Information is available at www.travel.state.gov or from the respective consulates/embassies. CheersFlights is not responsible for denied entry or transit due to incomplete documentation. A confirmed booking with CheersFlights does not guarantee entry approval by destination authorities.

General Restrictions:
Always reconfirm flights directly with the airline, as last-minute changes can occur. Domestic flights should be reconfirmed 24 hours before departure and international flights 72 hours before. Upgrades and standby requests are managed solely by the airlines. Some discounted fares may not earn frequent flyer miles. Seat requests are forwarded to airlines but cannot be guaranteed. For special assistance (e.g., wheelchair or stretcher service), contact the airline directly.

CheersFlights reserves the right to cancel travel to destinations embargoed by the U.S. government. Some international destinations may require passengers to pay local departure taxes at the airport; these are not included in your initial fare.

Human Error:
If a booking error occurs on our end, we will make reasonable efforts to correct it promptly. Our liability is limited to the service fees collected for that booking. You must report any booking errors within eight hours of receiving your itinerary. After this time, CheersFlights will not be responsible for such errors.

Itinerary Reconfirmation:
Travellers must review and confirm all booking details—names, dates, flight numbers, routes, and airports—immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported to CheersFlights within four hours of booking. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the itinerary, and no further liability will be assumed.

Governing Law:
These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delaware state courts for any legal proceedings relating to these Terms.
